It's no secret that today's workplace is rapidly becoming vast, as the business environment expands to include various geographic locations and span numerous cultures. How we talk and how we listen are always important, but when the pressure is on, this becomes even more important. This means that employees need new skills, specifically on how to communicate confidently no matter how thorny the situation.

Course Objective:

This training assists the participant to work more effectively within a cross cultural communication setting by employing appropriate knowledge and various communication strategies when dealing with people or clients. Participant will learn the strategies to boost their communication ability when under pressure.
